 Introduction

I am planning to make a studio for produce adobe flash games for games like the ones on facebook for Tudno studios for the staff to work in with a scale drawn at (1:30). The time to be able to produce this product will be estimated as a month. The tasks that will need to be completed will be the production of a website, the websites design, the 2d game and animation and then the product advertising. The advertisement will be 30 seconds long. My budget is £30000.00

• Please respect the health and safety regulations such as no food or drinks near the computers and software.

• Do not throw any equipment around  as it can injure people here.
• When in the building take care when you see a slippy floor as the maintenence staff cannot be everywhere at once cleaning and taking care of the software, toilets and water prioviders.
• If listening to music please use the headphones provided and not with speakers as the speakers can distract other employees.
• Bullying other employees and workers is unacceptable. we are a team and if the team is fighting then the team will have issues succeding. The same goes with any violence or threatening behaviour.
• as we are in a office building it is wise not to smoke inside so please smoke outside if you smoke.
• any drugs that are unnacceptable such as cannabis, ectasy and cyanide are forbidden in the building please be aware if you posses these items or any illegal drugs you will be asked to leave.
• please wash your hands after going to the toilet  as it is very unhygenique not to
• bring your ID with you at all times when entering the building as we do not want theifs stealing our ideas before they are produced

we plan to get backers like ontrapenours or websites to help advertise our game with them sponsoring us. Also big companies such as EA and Square Enix. all ways to get sponsors within the game to help fund the game itself. their is also funding that can be received by allowing other companies to own part of the company or by having their characters within the game as a way to sponsor the game.

My studio plan design is drawn on a scale of 1:40 which means its  with its length been 9.6 metres or 9600 which in the drawing will be 9600/40=240mm
The width is drawn onto a scale of 6.4m or 6400millimetres  but in the scale it will be drawn as 6400/40=160mm

240mm is 24centimetres and 160mm is 16cm

To find the area of the studio we must multiply the length and the width together
24*16=384cm^2

384cm converted into metres is 3.84metres

3.84metres converted into square yards is 4.59square yards or 4.6 square yards.
